Sad News

Apparently my goal was a little too lofty, or my excuses are creeping back in (probably the latter).  I haven't made my exercise goal yet due to extremely cold weather and stressful days at work.  However, Ryan and I have started eating much healthier over the past couple of weeks.  I'm excited to learn some new healthy recipes.  I started a diet analysis on Self.com to track my meals and exercise.  So far I'm continuing to log my meals.  I am also thinking about joining a gym for the next month or so simply because of the cold weather.  My end goal is to lose at least 20 lbs if not 25.  It's going to be a long road but I can't wait.

Goal: Week 1

I've had enough of my excuses as to why I am not working out, or why I can't seem to stick to my schedule.  I am hoping to create a sense of accountability for myself through this blog. 

Week 1:
Walk 3 miles 5 times this week. (Week is starting tomorrow morning!)
